Peace of mind awaits.
Come find it.
Real food, nature, and a country most of the world hasn’t met yet — even Guyanese. We pick you up in Georgetown; the journey does the rest.
We design all-inclusive, multi-day itineraries for small groups — coordinating all logistics and assigning a personal tour guide for a seamless, stress-free, and safe journey.
What international guests should know
- Guyana speaks English. It’s the only English-speaking country in South America — no phrasebook needed.
- All prices are in US dollars. Every price on this site is USD per person, and US dollars are widely accepted in Guyana.
- We handle every step. Pickup in Georgetown, boats, meals, and a personal guide — you never have to figure out local logistics on your own.
- Pack for the tropics. Light clothes, sunscreen, insect repellent, and swimwear — it’s warm all year round.
First time in Guyana? Start with our travel guide — entry requirements, getting around, and what to expect, all in plain language.
What kind of escape are you after?
Staying in Georgetown? Every tour explains exactly how pickup works — you never have to figure out local logistics on your own.

Start from your hotel door, not from a map
Most of our guests stay in Georgetown and have never heard of Parika — and that’s fine. When you request a tour, we simply ask where you’re staying:
- Pick me up in Georgetown — we collect you from your hotel. Included on some tours, a small per-person add-on on others, always shown before you submit.
- I’ll meet you at Parika — the river hub about an hour from Georgetown, where the Essequibo boats depart. Great if you have your own transport.
Every tour includes real Guyanese food
Every day trip includes meals — and not hotel food. Breakfast in a river town, duck curry from a family kitchen, hours-long lunches at Adel’s on the Pomeroon, fresh sweet-water coconuts cut open in front of you. Guyana’s table carries Amerindian, African, and Indian kitchens in one pot.

A country the maps undersell
Booking is a request, not a gamble
I didn’t know how loud my life was until the river went quiet around me.
